If you opted in to the Marketing Portal, you’ll receive two emails from our service provider Marcapo (noreply@marcapo.com) today. This is not spam but your login credentials for the portal – one with your username and the other with your password.

After your first login, please check the following:

1. Go to “My Account – Profile” and check the “Company Details” section to ensure your address is correct.
2. While there, select a company name under “Personal Data” that is no longer than 25 characters.
3. In the “Contact Details” section, check your commercial email address. This will be shown to your customers when you book a co-branded marketing asset.
4. Click on “Advertising Locations” and ensure your house icon is placed correctly.
