Giving you access to a dedicated VELUX technician

We’re constantly looking to improve the Certified Installer Scheme, and we want to ensure that you always have access to the expertise and support that you need.

One of the benefits of being a Certified Installer is that you have direct access to our VELUX Technical team via the Facebook group. As we regularly see, this is a great platform for you to raise questions and to receive guidance from the experts.

While this access can be helpful, we recognise that sometimes a photo or a phone call isn’t enough to get to grips with your specific questions. So, we’re looking to establish a closer relationship between Certified Installers and their local VELUX technician.

We want to help you when:

• you are facing a complicated installation
• you have a technical issue that you have never come across before
• you’re dealing with a new product that you’re unfamiliar with
• you need help with products such as VELUX ACTIVE.

To ensure you always have access to support you need, we’re making your local Technician more readily available to you.

Going forward, we’re allocating a dedicated VELUX Technician to every Certified Installer. You’ll have a direct point of contact for all your technical questions and queries, allowing you to develop a working relationship with your VELUX expert.

We’ll be emailing further information shortly, so please keep an eye out for details of your dedicated technician.
