Get involved and make an impact this Movember

November’s here and which means it’s time to support Movember! 

The annual event focuses on raising awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s mental health. 
 
The goal is to encourage conversations, break away from stigmas and inspire men to take proactive steps in maintaining their well-being. Movember has become a global movement, uniting individuals to promote healthier, happier lives. 

Here’s how to support a great cause and take part this Movember: 
 

• Grow a mo.  
  Put down the razor and let the mo grow. It’s not only a for a great cause, but it’s a fun challenge too. 

• Share your story.  
  Movember encourages people to share their personal experiences related to men’s health. 

• Support fundraising. 
  Many organisations create fundraising events during Movember to collect donations for men’s health awareness.
