Training opportunities available this Spring

As our range of VELUX roof windows continues to grow, we will be offering further technical, as well as specialist training sessions to help you get to grips with the products. The virtual workshops will be held by our very own Mark Dymond and will give you access to live demonstrations, as well as open discussions with fellow members and technical experts. These sessions will therefore give you the knowledge and confidence to fit these products in your customers’ homes and to help upsell the additional accessories that will allow them to get the most from their new roof window.

How do I get started?

Taking part in the VELUX Best Practice training will offer the foundation to the rest of these sessions, so if you haven’t already, make sure to sign yourselves and your employees up for any of the following dates coming this March:

• 10/03/2021 – 4pm to 6pm
• 16/03/2021 – 9am to 11am
• 22/03/2021 – 4pm to 6pm

If you’d like to book onto any of these sessions, please contact the VCIP office at velux@diversity.agency with the following details:

• The full names of employees attending (including yourself)
• The job titles of each employee (including yourself)
• The email address of each employee- if several employees are gathering around the same PC/device, please list the same email address that you will be using for each employee.

What courses are on offer?

Following the completion of the VELUX Best Practice Training, we will be looking to host a wide-range of training workshops including:

Technical.

Servicing, upgrading with conversion kits, flashing installation plus much more.

Product-specific.

VELUX top-hung electric roof window, the new 3-in-1 roof window, solar-powered roof windows, plus the brand-new Low Pitch roof window coming later in the year.
